TYTAN is that screen. Nine years of it, since 2017 — and everything learned next year goes in too.

How it started

Someone came first. The system came years later.

Someone arrived in the UAE in 2017 as a labourer. TYTAN did not exist then, and could not have — it is made of nine years of daily operations, and there is no shortcut to that.

Someone arrives in the UAE, as a labourer

No system, no title, no desk. Just the work — and a view from the floor of how much of this industry is held together by paper, memory and somebody's phone.

2017 — 2023

Years inside the operation, not studying it

Labourer to supervisor to running the floor. Different owners, different names, identical chaos: bikes that moved without a record, lines billing for people who had already gone, fines landing weeks late against the wrong rider, salary rebuilt by hand every month. Everyone lived with it, because nobody was selling better.

TYTAN begins — written from the daily operation itself

Every module started as a problem that had already cost somebody a day. Built at a desk after the shift, one screen at a time, against a live operation — where a wrong number is not a bug report but a fine, a missed salary, or a rider standing outside with nowhere to go. Anything that did not survive a real week was rewritten.

A mission, and a promise with no finish line.

Our mission

The mission was never to build a product. It was to stop the loss.

Software was only ever the means. The money lost in this business is rarely stolen — it leaks. An unreturned bike here, an unbilled month there, a fine against a man who left in March. No single one is big enough to notice, and together they are the difference between a good year and a bad one. If a screen does not stop one of those leaks, it does not belong in TYTAN.

Our vision

TYTAN will never stop upgrading, because the work never stops changing.

A new platform launches. A rule changes. A cost appears that did not exist last year. Software that was finished two years ago is already behind the people using it. We build the way the operation runs — continuously — so the system in your hands next year answers questions nobody has asked yet.

Stopping the loss

You cannot stop a loss you hear about in March.

Almost every cost in this business announces itself weeks before it lands. TYTAN's whole job is to show it on the day it starts, with a name against it.

The rider you can already see

A rider going wrong is visible in week one, not in the salary run.

Earnings, orders, fines, custody and attendance all sit against the same person. When the numbers turn, that person appears on a list — carrying a tag anyone can see, with a warning issued automatically and a record that it was sent. Nobody has to notice in time. The system notices.

The asset nobody is using

Every idle bike and every idle line, counted, with its cost.

A bike with no rider and a SIM with no holder are the two quietest leaks in a delivery company. They cost money every single day and appear nowhere until somebody adds them up. TYTAN adds them up continuously, so idle is a number on a screen rather than a discovery.

Not a feature list — the parts that decide whether a month makes money or quietly loses it.

Idle bike loss

A bike with nobody on it still costs rent, insurance and parking. Every idle day is counted and priced, so a bike sitting for six weeks is a figure on a screen rather than a surprise at year end.

Idle SIM loss

Lines keep billing long after the person has gone. Every SIM is tied to a holder and a cost, so the moment it has no holder it appears on the idle list with the money it is burning.

Workforce engagement

Every person's performance in one place, built from the operation itself rather than an opinion at month end — orders, earnings, fines and attendance against the same name.

Automatic warnings

When someone drops below the standard the system issues the warning itself, on time and on record. No manager has to remember, and nobody can say they were never told.

Performance tags

Every employee carries a tag earned from their own numbers. Search that person anywhere — fleet, salary, requests — and the tag is there, so whoever hands over a bike knows who they are handing it to.

Fleet & bikes

Which bike, with which rider, since when. Handovers, accidents, fines, impounds and repairs recorded against the machine, so a bike never quietly disappears between two people.

Salary engine

Built from the system's own numbers, with deductions, loans and adjustments already carried in — not rebuilt by hand every month from six different places.

Accounts & finance

The ledger, day book and company card spend in one place, tied to the people and assets the money came from, so every figure traces back to a name.

Platform earnings

Earning sheets imported and matched rider by rider, so what a person earned and what they cost sit side by side — and a rider losing money shows in week one, not month three.

The screens

Workforce engagement — the one that changes behaviour.

Every rider contacted, by whom, why, and what is still open. The reasons people give are counted, so the same complaint stops being a rumour and starts being a number.

Nine years, near enough every day of them. Not one thing in this system came out of a book or a course — every screen is something learned standing in the middle of the work, usually the hard way, usually after it had already gone wrong once.

TYTAN is those answers written down. Not a product invented in a meeting room, but the system that had to exist so the same evening was not lost again.

It is still being written, and it always will be.
